Live, facilitator-led remote training – when you need it
Learning Microsoft Project can be difficult when challenged by distance, time or training room availability issues. ProjectTMA’s web-based training and consulting services solve these problems by providing the help you need remotely, on an as-needed basis.
We’ll put together a customised web-based training course with you based on your project management requirements and availability. These instructor-led sessions increase your learning and retention, using your current projects and thereby returning real value on your training investment.
Training is typically delivered in 2 hour blocks, depending on your requirements and timing. Where necessary, we are able to facilitate training after working hours or even on the weekends if time is critical.

The web-based learning environment
Microsoft Project web-based training is delivered live, and facilitated by a Microsoft Project training and consulting specialist to single users or groups. Essentially, web-based training depends on communication via phone along with remote sharing of the participant’s computer via secure remote-access software.
For single participant sessions, you can work at any location provided you have access to phone and a good broadband internet connection.
For larger groups the ideal setup is a meeting room, with access to a data projector and one computer for us to access remotely. It is always better if each team member has their own laptop with MS Project loaded so they can practice the techniques being taught. Little is learned when you just watch and listen – effective learning can only be achieved by applying those concepts “hands-on”.
Web based training allows us to target specific skill requirements from the complete beginner to an experienced user and to identify and support your project management process.
